Safety Training Practical Evaluations (OSHA Aligned)

To be certified as an operator, regulations require both classroom training, a written exam, and a hands-on, practical evaluation. And in cases where practical evaluations are not necessarily required, it is still wise to observe your worker’s application of the safety principles learned during the training. Because of this, we’ve created basic checklists employers or supervisors can use when observing their workforce. These forms can be printed off. They can also customized to fit your specific situation.

IMPORTANT: These are made available “on your honor” for Hard Hat Training customers who have purchased online operator training classes. If you have not used our courses, we ask that you please do not download or disseminate these without written consent.
